Return Eligibility
You may request a return or replacement if:
- Your product arrives damaged or defective.
- You received the wrong item.
- The request is made within 60 days of delivery.
Please note:
- Used lighters and restricted products are non-returnable for safety and regulatory reasons.
- Products must include original packaging and proof of purchase.
How to Request a Return

- Your order number.
- A description of the issue.
- Photos or videos showing the product condition (if applicable).
Our support team will review your request and respond with next steps.
Refund & Replacement Process
Once your return is approved:
- We may issue a replacement or refund.
- Refunds, when applicable, are issued to your original payment method.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Warranty Coverage
- Devices & Batteries: 6 months from purchase.
- Accessories & Components: 3 months from purchase.
Warranty covers manufacturing defects and functional failures under normal use.
It does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear.
- Accidental or intentional damage.
- Lost or stolen items.
- Cosmetic imperfections.
- Damage from water, excessive heat, or improper storage.
